Delight your household with a delicious dessert in the form of a honey casserole with pears. Especially sweet tooth will be delighted with this dish. Serve both hot and cold.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 sweet pears;
- 3 tbsp butter;
- 2, 5 glasses of milk;
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
- 50 g sour cream;
- 15 g white croutons;
- 220 g noodles;
- 100 g of honey;
- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- 1 tbsp powder;
- salt;
- 3 eggs.
Preparation:
- First you need to wash the pears. Then cut them into two halves and remove the core. Then cut the pears into thin slices, but first, the halves will need to be peeled.
- Then pour over the pears with liquid honey and mix. If the honey is candied, melt it in a water bath.
- Then you will need to boil the milk. Then add granulated sugar, salt, butter there. Send the noodles there and boil it until tender.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl and combine with sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add a mixture of eggs and sugar to the finished noodles. Add butter and a small spoonful of vanilla sugar there. Mix well again.
- Then you need to prepare a baking dish. It must be greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs a little. Put exactly half of the mass with noodles in the form and level it. Lay a layer of pear slices on top. It should resemble the scales of a fish.
- Put the other half of the noodles on top and flatten. Grease the top with sour cream.
- In the meantime, the oven should already have heated up to 180 degrees. Place the dish in it and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cut the finished casserole into portioned pieces, and decorate with powdered sugar on top.
