  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cane or regular sugar,
  • - 3 cm of ginger root (dried can be used),
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of dark soy sauce,
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 4 cloves of garlic.
  • For pears.
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flower honey,
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of water
  • - 3-4 large pears.

Step 1

For barbecue, you need to prepare a marinade. It is prepared very simply.

Peel the cloves of garlic, see the amount to taste, you can take more. Chop the garlic in any convenient way, pass through a press or grate on a medium grater. Peel and grate the ginger root (without it).

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce with olive or sunflower oil (whichever is at hand), lemon juice (amount of lemon juice optional), brown sugar, grated ginger, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder (you can without it - to taste).

Rinse the meat well, cut into portions and put in the prepared marinade, stir, cover with a bag or cling film, put in a cool place for two hours.

Soak wooden skewers in warm water (for half an hour). Take out the meat and carefully slide it over the skewers. Fry pieces of meat in a preheated grill, on both sides for 5 minutes. Transfer the prepared kebab to a dish and cover with foil.
