- - 30 ml of sunflower oil
- - 100 ml cream with 10% fat
- - 4 tsp table mustard
- - 1 tsp white mustard
- - 2 limes

The meat should be rinsed well, then dried with a paper towel and cut into equal pieces.

Then it must be rubbed with a mixture of salt and pepper.

Pour oil and lime juice into the mustard (you can use lemon).

Mix the mixture thoroughly and marinate the meat in it so that each piece is completely covered with marinade. Let the pork steep and soak for 4-5 hours. The longer, the juicier it will turn out.

The pears should be washed, cored and cut into medium sized pieces.

Lime should be doused with boiling water and cut into slices, while removing the seeds.

On the skewer, you need to put a piece of meat, then a slice of pear, then again meat, then a circle of lime and repeat the sequence of the first ingredients. The lime should be in the middle and the meat should be around the edges.
