It is necessary

  • - 500 g of pork tenderloin;
  • - 1 large pear;
  • - 1 st. a spoonful of mustard, butter, lemon juice, olive oil;
  • - 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger;
  • - teaspoon of thyme;
  • - 1/4 cup apple juice;
  • - 2 feathers of green onions;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine mustard, lemon juice, thyme, and olive oil in a small bowl. Add salt to your liking.

Step 2

Cut the pork tenderloin into 1 centimeter thick slices and beat off a little - this will cook the meat much faster.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with foil, pour a small amount of vegetable oil on it. Lay out the beaten pieces of meat, brush them with mustard mixture. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Leave the meat there for 7 minutes. It is advisable to put the oven on the "grill" mode, if there is one.

Step 4

After 7 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, turn the pieces of meat over, brush them with mustard mixture. Return the baking sheet to the oven again, bake the meat for another 7 minutes until browning.

Step 5

Prepare the pork sauce with pear and ginger. Rinse the pear, remove the core from it, cut into 16 thin slices. Melt the butter over high heat, add the pear slices. Fry them on all sides, they should brown slightly. Add grated ginger, pour in apple juice. Stew a little, then set aside a few pear slices, and mash the rest until puree.

Step 6

Remove the pork from the oven and place on a dish. Top with pear and ginger sauce. Garnish with whole pear wedges. Pork with pears and ginger is ready, sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the dish.
