Pork in ginger glaze will decorate any festive table and surprise everyone with its unusual taste!
It is necessary
- - 1.5-2 kg of pork with skin;

- - 2 small roots of ginger;
- - 4 sprigs of mint;

- - Pepper;

- For glaze:
- - 2/3 cup sugar;
- - A small piece of ginger root;
- - Lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate pork with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, chop thinly. Peel the ginger, grate on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the mint. Put onion, ginger and mint into the mold. Put pork on top. To fill with water. Cover the form. Bake the meat for 2, 5 hours.
Step 2
Prepare the icing. Pour sugar into a saucepan, pour 100 ml of water. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Cut the ginger into thin slices, add to a saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the lemon into wedges, then add to the saucepan and cook for another 2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the lemon to the dish. Warm up the glaze for 5 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Cover a clean baking dish with a sheet of foil, grease with vegetable oil, transfer pork into it. Use a sharp knife to make cuts in the meat in the form of a lattice. Grease pork with glaze, garnish with clove buds. Bake the meat in the oven for another 20 minutes.
