It is necessary

  • For glaze:
  • - 2/3 cup sugar;
  • - A small piece of ginger root;
  • - Lemon.

Instructions

Step 1

Grate pork with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, chop thinly. Peel the ginger, grate on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the mint. Put onion, ginger and mint into the mold. Put pork on top. To fill with water. Cover the form. Bake the meat for 2, 5 hours.
