I propose to try to make a great dessert with pineapple and ground ginger. The taste of the dessert is excellent, while the calorie content is low.
It is necessary
- - pineapple - 1 pc.;
- - sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - ground dry ginger - 2 tsp;
- - honey - 1 tsp;
- - yogurt - 3 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pineapple lengthwise into four parts, leaving the leaves. The hard core must be cut off; it is not needed.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, carefully separate the pineapple pulp from the skin (without damaging the skin). Cut the cut pulp into slices and put it back on the peel.
Wrap the pineapple leaves in foil so that they do not burn when baking.
Step 3
Cooking the icing. Mix sugar with ground ginger, mix well. Sprinkle each quarter of pineapple with the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Gently transfer the pineapple quarters to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes (at 180 degrees), until the pineapple is covered with a glazed crust.
Step 5
Cooking the sauce. Mix yogurt with honey.
Pour the sauce over the pineapples and sprinkle with ground ginger.
