Preparation of food
In order to make a chocolate pie with pears, you will need: 3 pears, 400 ml of water, 1 glass of sugar, 1 tbsp. l. orange juice, 1, 5 glasses + 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour, 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, 1, 5 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. soda, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 egg, 200 ml of kefir, 1 cinnamon stick.
Cooking Chocolate Pear Pie
Go for pears first. Wash and peel the ripe fruit, and do not forget to remove the seeds and cores. Pour the required amount of cold water into a large saucepan, add ¼ cup sugar, orange juice and cinnamon stick. Bring the ingredients to a boil, stir until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
When the homogeneous syrup begins to boil, put the prepared pears in it. Bring the syrup to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer the pears for 20-25 minutes. Next, place the fruit on a separate plate and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup cocoa powder, remaining sugar, baking powder, teaspoon ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine kefir, olive oil and egg. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and stir the dough until smooth.
In a small saucepan, combine a tablespoon of flour, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Roll each pear in this mixture. Pour the dough into a mold, and insert the pears vertically inside. Place the form in the oven, bake the pear pie for an hour. After the time has elapsed, remove the baked goods and cool.
Before serving, you can decorate the pears chocolate pie with icing, nuts, or candied orange peels.
