In my opinion, one cannot say that a pie and a pie are one and the same. In shares, puff pastry is mainly used. They are baked in special forms and served in them. But the main thing is that in most units the dough is used only in the last layer, as a kind of lid. This step does not diminish the taste of the finished baked goods in the least. And it is easy to be convinced of this - it is enough to prepare a ration according to this recipe.

It is necessary

  • - beef fillet - half a kilo;
  • - ready-made puff pastry - 300 grams;
  • - heavy cream - 100 milliliters;
  • - homemade cheese - 350 grams;
  • - favorite variety of pears - 3 pieces;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - fresh parsley - 1 bunch;
  • - white onion - 1 onion;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt - by preference.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the beef fillet, remove excess fat and films and cook the minced meat by passing it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil preheated in a pan. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots and add to the pan with the onions for frying. Add ground beef to vegetables, season it, increase heat slightly and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the minced meat into the selected form for the share. Since it already contains oil, the mold need not be greased. Top with crumbled homemade cheese. If you haven't found it, then you can replace the cheese with country cottage cheese. Sprinkle this layer with chopped parsley and pour over the cream. Season with spices if desired, but keep in mind that homemade cheese is rather salty. Put prepared pears in the last layer - peeled and cut into thin slices.

Step 3

At the end, it remains to roll out the puff pastry according to the selected shape and cover the pie with it, slightly pressing the edges. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pie to bake for about half an hour. A ruddy puff pastry lid will become a sign that the dish is ready.
