In American cooking, a combination of blue cheese, pears and nuts is quite popular. Try combining them together for a tart (open pie) filling. This type of tart is a snack, but it can also be served as a main course. All of the above ingredients for the filling reveal each other's taste and create an unusual combination.
It is necessary
- - 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry;
- - a handful of mozzarella;
- - a handful of blue cheese;
- - 2 pears;
- - 30 gr. butter;
- - 1/4 cup pine nuts;
- - paprika.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the pears, cut into slices no more than 5 mm thick.
Step 2
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the pears in it until golden brown. Pears need to be fried for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle pears with paprika, stir, remove from heat.
Step 3
Fry the nuts in a pan for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Place the puff pastry in a tart dish. Use a fork to puncture the dough.

Step 6
Put the tart in the oven, preheated to 200 0 С for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, serve warm.
