There are many incredibly delicious desserts you can make yourself. For example, pancakes stuffed with a sweet filling, in the capacity of which the main ingredient will be pear and nut, and the auxiliary one is absolutely not fatty cream. The cooking process is a bit laborious, but the delicious dessert is well worth it.
It is necessary
- For pancakes:
- - flour 100 g
- - egg 2 pcs.
- - milk 150 ml
- - a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- - green pear 3 pcs.
- - butter 30 g
- - sugar 80 g
- - walnut 40 g
- - pear wine 100 ml
- For the cream:
- - yolk 2 pcs.
- - sugar 60 g
- - flour 30 g
- - milk 500 ml
- - zest of one lemon
- For glaze:
- - icing sugar 40 g
- - cinnamon powder 1 tsp

Step 1
Peel the pear, cut it into thin slices, place in the skillet and add the butter, sugar, nuts and wine. Cook the mixture over high heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
To prepare the cream, boil 200 ml of milk with 20 g of sugar and lemon zest. In a bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, add flour and, while whisking the mixture, add the rest of the cold milk and then hot milk into the cream.
Step 3
The resulting mass must be brought to a boil until it becomes thicker. In this case, you should continue to beat the cream continuously.
Step 4
Make pancake dough: Combine eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. Bake pancakes.
Step 5
Brush each pancake with cream, top with pear slices, roll the pastry in four and place on a serving platter. When serving, sprinkle the pancakes with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
