Tart is an excellent baking option for tea drinking, in which a neutral base is combined with a bright taste of the filling. The lightness of almond cream is complemented by sweet canned pears and sour cranberries.
Preparation of food
To make dessert, take:
- 2 canned pears;
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1, 5 cups wheat flour;
- ½ cup powdered sugar;
- 9 tbsp. l. cold butter;
- ¼ h. L. salt;

For the cream:

Cooking tart
Prepare the base for the tart. Combine wheat flour, sugar and salt in a bowl of food processor, add cold butter to dry ingredients. Whisk the mass. If you do not have this appliance, rub flour and butter with your hands until fine crumbs. Add chicken yolk, knead to a homogeneous dough and roll it out.
Prepare a baking dish, grease it with a little vegetable oil, then put the dough in it, form the base and sides. Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. During this time, you can prepare almond cream.
Whisk the softened butter together with granulated sugar. Add cornstarch, chopped almonds, flour, chicken egg and spices to the fluffy mass. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
Put the almond cream in a sand base, put canned pears, pre-cut into slices, and fresh cranberries on top. Put the collected tart in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
