Delicious dessert with rich taste of dark chocolate, nuts and sweet pears. It is very simple and quick to prepare.
It is necessary
- - ripe pear - 3 pcs.
- - chocolate - 100 g
- - butter - 60 g
- - sugar - 130 g
- - chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- - almond flour - 60 g
- - lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- - baking powder - 10 g
- - cognac - 2 tsp.
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the pears, remove the core from them. Boil them for 7-10 minutes over low heat, add 50 g of sugar and lemon juice to the water.
Step 2
Melt the bitter chocolate and butter in a water bath. Fluff two squirrels with a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar (50 grams). Beat until the protein mass thickens.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat 2 yolks and 30 g of sugar. Pour chocolate, 2 teaspoons of brandy (to taste) and almond flour, to which baking powder is added, to them. If almond flour is not available, you can grind the brazier-dried nuts with a coffee grinder.
Step 4
Stir well and add whites slowly. Mix as if drawing a figure eight with a spoon. Grease the molds with butter. Fill them halfway with the made chocolate-almond mixture. Place the fruit in the center of the form. Bake at 170-180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
