It is necessary

  • - 200 g of danablu cheese (you can take dorblu, gorgonzola);
  • - 20 ml lemon juice;
  • - 200 g of lettuce leaves;
  • - 50 g of walnuts;
  • - 20 ml of olive oil;
  • - 2 g of black ground pepper;
  • - 2 g of salt;
  • - 2 pcs. sweet pears.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a leafy green salad. It is best to use varieties with dense, slightly harsh leaves. You can take varieties such as iceberg, romaine, lettuce. Rinse the salad thoroughly in cold running water. Remove the roots. Hang it upside down with leaves for twenty minutes in a cool, shaded place. Gently tear the dried salad into small pieces.

Rinse pears well, dry. Remove the stalk, if present. Cut in halves and core. Peel the peel with a sharp knife. Cut the pear pulp into thin slices.

Step 3

Place any kind of blue cheese you like in the freezer for twenty minutes. The frozen cheese becomes more brittle and does not stick to your hands. With clean hands, gently break the cheese into small pieces, literally a couple of centimeters, and place in a cup.
