An exotic appetizer will decorate any festive table and will be a real surprise for guests.
It is necessary
- 200 g goat cheese
- ¼ Art. herbs: parsley, thyme, green onions
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 12 slices of bacon
- 12 small pears
- 2 tbsp. l. honey
- Arugula greens for garnish
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, herbs, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the pears in half and remove the middle.
Step 3
Fill pears with goat cheese and spice mixture.
Step 4
Wrap the stuffed pear in a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, until the pears are tender and the bacon is fried.
Step 7
Pour honey over the finished pear and serve with arugula.
