Step 1
Defrost a piece of ready-made puff pastry (follow package directions).

Go through the sorrel, rinse, cut off the stems, lay on a towel, dry. Chop the sorrel, mix with cheese.

Roll out one part of the dough in shape, put the filling on the dough, leave the edges free, they must be greased with an egg.

Roll out the second part of the dough, cover the filling with it, pinch the edges a little. Brush the cake with an egg, make shallow notches with a knife. Let stand for half an hour at room temperature.
