- • 1 head of cauliflower
- • 250 ml heavy cream
- • 500 g Parmesan cheese
- • 300 g of any semi-hard cheese
- • 200 g goat cheese
- • Salt
- • Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 3
Grate semi-hard cheese and Parmesan cheese, cut goat cheese into cubes.
Step 4
Pour the cream over the cauliflower and top with the cheeses. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cabbage is soft and the sauce thickens.
