Bree is the king of cheeses and the cheese of kings. Thanks to its sophisticated and piquant taste, it has long become a regular on the gourmet table. This cheese is good not only as a snack, but also in various salads.
It is necessary
- - Brie cheese, 100 g;
- - pine nuts, 50 g;
- - grapefruit, 1 piece;
- - avocado, 1 pc;
- - arugula;
- - basil;
- - olive oil;
- - dry champagne;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan, having previously peeled them.
Step 2
Peel grapefruits from films and peels, break into large pieces. Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces. Combine ingredients in one bowl and drizzle lightly with champagne. Leave in this form for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
To this mixture of avocado and grapefruit, add arugula, a few basil leaves, lightly salt, drizzle with olive oil and stir.
Step 4
Cut Brie cheese into thin slices and place on top of the salad. Decorate the dish with pine nuts. Bon Appetit!
