Self-made treats are in no way inferior to purchased ones. I suggest you make very tasty, delicate and hearty chocolate cakes with curd-coconut cream. In other words, you will lick your fingers!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - eggs - 6 pcs;
- - sugar - 6 tablespoons;
- - flour - 6 tablespoons;
- - cocoa - 2 tablespoons.
- Cream:
- - butter - 200 g;
- - icing sugar - 200 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - cream cheese Labne - 400 g;
- - coconut flakes - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine granulated sugar, chicken eggs, as well as sifted flour and cocoa powder in a loose cup. Mix everything thoroughly until not a single lump remains. The dough for future cakes is ready.
Step 2
Put the resulting dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the dough into it for about 20 minutes. Thus, you get a biscuit cake. Cool it down. Then remove the parchment from its surface and divide it with a longitudinal cut into 2 equal parts. Wrap each one in a towel.
Step 4
Soften the butter, then combine with powdered sugar and beat. Pour vanilla sugar and coconut shavings there. Whisk the mixture again and gradually add the cream cheese to it. The resulting mass should be slightly thick. The curd-coconut cream is ready.
Step 5
Put half of the resulting cream on the cooled biscuit. Then, carefully wrap it up to form a roll. Do the same with the second piece of cake. In this form, send the treat to the refrigerator. Keep it there for about 60 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the chilled biscuit rolls into portions. Decorate the dish with melted chocolate if desired. Chocolate cakes with cottage cheese and coconut cream are ready!
