Sometimes you really want to diversify your menu with some tasty, but at the same time inexpensive and quick-to-prepare dish. One of the options for something new can be a roll made from pita bread. He can have any filling, for example, from crab sticks.

So, with the help of pita bread and crab sticks, you can make a huge number of interesting and tasty rolls. Consider several options for fillings. To prepare the first roll you will need:

  • thin pita bread - 1 sheet;
  • crab sticks - 1 pack;
  • boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • greens: dill, parsley or another of your choice - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.

Remove the crab sticks from the packaging, cut into small pieces. Peel the eggs and grate them on a fine grater, rinse the greens under running water and dry them. Cut the greens into small pieces. Mix all prepared ingredients in one bowl and season with mayonnaise. Add spices to taste if desired.

Now lay the pita bread on the table and evenly distribute the filling over the sheet, carefully form a roll. Wrap the resulting dish with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to soak the pita bread. Cut the roll into random pieces before serving. By the way, if you remove the eggs from this recipe, leaving only greens and crab sticks for the filling, you will get a very light summer snack.

Another option for making a roll for those who want to see a more spicy and nutritious snack on their table. Required Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 1 pc.;
  • crab sticks - 1 pack;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • fresh greens;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.

Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and cut into arbitrary pieces, put on a separate plate. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and also leave to lie separately. Peel the boiled eggs, grate on a fine shredder.

Now in a deep bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the greens, previously washed and chopped, and the garlic, passed through a press. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread pita bread on the table and season it with the prepared sauce, use about half. Then sprinkle the pita bread with prepared foods: cheese, crab sticks, egg.

The sequence of layers can be changed. The main thing is not to forget to grease the top layer with the remnants of mayonnaise-garlic sauce. After that, you can twist the roll, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes to soak. Cut into pieces before serving.
