Step 1

Wash the onion, dry it, peel it and grate it on a fine grater. Wash fresh mushrooms, dry and cut into very small cubes. You can use a blender. Melt the butter in a preheated skillet and fry the onions in it. The onion should turn golden. Add chopped mushrooms to it and fry everything, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes.

Defrost the crab sticks well, peel and chop finely. Add to the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Cook for another five minutes. Remove and cool. In a small bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Wash and dry the greens. Mix together the mixture from the frying pan, sour cream and egg yolks, add a little salt and red pepper. Spread the filling over the boats and garnish with fresh dill.
