Step 1

Crab sticks must be completely defrosted. After that, each stick must be carefully unwrapped.

Cooking the filling. Rub the cheese and eggs on a fine grater. But a few yolks need to be set aside - they will still be needed. Add crushed garlic and mayonnaise to cheese and eggs. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3

Distribute a few teaspoons of the resulting cheese mass in a not thick layer over the entire surface of the crab stick. About 1, 5-2 centimeters from one end of the stick (it will be external when curled) should remain uncovered with the filling.

After the filling is laid out, we begin to gently twist the crab stick.

Step 4

After stuffing, carefully cut each stick into two parts. The yolk that has been set aside must be passed through a fine grater. Both ends of each stick need to be dipped in grated yolk for decoration and a more appetizing look.

Step 5
