It is not for nothing that the Dutch began to grow pineapple in greenhouses following the inhabitants of South America. This fruit is a storehouse of nutrients. It contains bromelain, which aids in the absorption of proteins in meat and fish. Pineapple juice helps with indigestion, heart disease, kidney and blood vessels. Due to its high content of vitamin C, it is useful to eat it to improve memory.

Instructions
Step 1
If you bought pineapple unripe, store it at room temperature to make it tastier and more aromatic. But keep it like this for a maximum of 3 days: it should not show dark spots. In addition, the air in the kitchen should not be too humid.
Step 2
Ripe pineapple, which you decide to eat a few days after purchase, is best kept in the refrigerator in the fruit compartment at a temperature of 7-8 ° C for a maximum of a week. Moreover, first put it in paper or a bag with holes and periodically turn it over from one side to the other. By the way, if the temperature in the refrigerator is less than 7 ° C, the pineapple will quickly freeze and will not be suitable for food.
