It is necessary

  • For lush pancakes with milk:
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 350 ml of milk;
  • - 300 g flour;
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - ½ tsp salt;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • - 2 tsp baking powder.
  • For fluffy pancakes on kefir:
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 2 glasses of kefir;
  • - 2 cups of flour;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - ½ tsp Sahara;
  • - ½ tsp salt;
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • - vegetable or ghee.

Instructions

Step 1

Lush pancakes with milk

Melt the butter over low heat. Combine sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Then, in a blender, combine the eggs, milk, baking powder and about 30 g of melted butter until smooth. Transfer the resulting mixture to a small bowl and refrigerate for an hour, or better yet overnight. Whisk the mixture thoroughly before use.

Step 2

Place the non-stick skillet over medium heat, brush with melted butter, spoon about 60 grams of dough with a tablespoon, and spread it over the skillet in a layer about half a centimeter. Bake the pancake for one and a half minutes, or until the top grabs and the bottom is browned. Then lift the pancake with a spatula, turn it over and bake on the other side for 30-50 seconds. Then transfer to parchment paper. Bake all the pancakes, greasing the pan with melted butter each time. Serve pancakes with honey, sour cream, syrup or jam.

Step 3

Lush pancakes on kefir

Pre-melt the butter and cool to room temperature. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites and combine the yolks with melted butter and granulated sugar. Beat everything well with a mixer until smooth and add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly and add kefir (if desired, you can replace it with yogurt). To avoid the formation of lumps, introduce kefir gradually, in small portions, stirring everything well. Beat the cooled proteins with a mixer together with salt into a thick, fluffy foam and combine with the main mass. You should have a fairly thick dough.

Step 4

Heat a skillet over medium heat, brush with vegetable or ghee, then add 2-3 tablespoons of the cooked dough, spread it over the pan in a layer of about ½ centimeter and bake the pancake first on one side, then turn it over and brown on the other.
