Next, add sugar and salt to it to taste. Mix well. Leave the dough to stand for 20 minutes, it should fit a little. This must be done in order to make the pancakes more magnificent.

Next, add sifted flour to our dough and immediately soda. Soda should be added half a teaspoon or on the tip of a knife so as not to overdo it. The flour does not have to be exactly 150 grams. Its amount depends on the degree of density of kefir. The thicker it is, the less flour you will have to pour. Mix the dough thoroughly and let it stand a little more (you can even cover it with a towel) for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Next, turn on the stove over medium heat. We put a frying pan on it and pour in a little vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, spread the dough in small drops or circles in the pan. To make the pancakes more magnificent, it is even better to cover the pan with a lid.
Step 4
The readiness of the pancakes can be seen in a couple of minutes by turning them over with a spatula. Pancakes can be served with sour cream or jam. In general, whatever you like will do.
