- - 1 egg
- - 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Step 1
You don't need a lot of inventory to make buns. Just a bowl for the dough, a rolling pin and a baking sheet.
Step 2
Take a large bowl and mix all dry ingredients in it: flour, milk powder, dry yeast, granulated sugar, salt. Add diced butter. Pour in water gradually and stir slowly for 2-3 minutes. Then add the vegetable oil and stir again for 5 minutes.
Step 3
To get sweet buns, you need to add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Knead the dough until it is smooth and does not stick to the sides of the bowl.
Step 4
Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel and let rise overnight or at least 1-2 hours.

Step 5
Next, sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a 25x35 cm rectangle.
Step 6
Prepare a baking sheet and lay on parchment paper. Shape the buns. Whisk the eggs and milk and brush over the buns with the mixture.
Step 7
You can sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds on top. Then let them rise for 30-45 minutes.

Step 8
Preheat oven to 200oC and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 9
To prevent them from burning, pour a little salt under the mold. If the buns start to burn, cover the top with damp paper.
