It is necessary
- 300 ml of kefir;
- 250 g flour;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;
- 1/3 tsp soda;
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar 6-9%;
- odorless vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour kefir into a saucepan where you will knead the dough. Put soda in kefir, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
After five minutes, put the pan on the fire to warm up while you make the dough.
Step 3
Put sugar and vinegar in kefir, mix. You will immediately see the reaction: a lot of bubbles will appear in kefir.
Step 4
Then add flour in 2-3 doses, stirring each time so that there are no lumps. For convenience, you can use a mixer.
Step 5
Check the thickness of the dough. It should fall off the spoon, not drip.
Step 6
Place the pancakes with a tablespoon in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides.
Step 7
Serve with sour cream, jam, grated berries or condensed milk.
