It is necessary

  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 50 ml of olive oil;
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - 150 ml of water;
  • - 200 ml of white wine (dry);
  • - 500 g of fresh champignons;
  • - 300 g of onions;
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • - salt, nutmeg, black pepper - to taste
  • - 20 g of dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and garlic, wash. Cut the onion into cubes or quarter rings. Cut the garlic into thin slices, mix with the onion and fry until golden brown in olive oil.

Step 2

Wash the mushrooms and cut into large slices. Add to the fried garlic and onion. Season with nutmeg, salt and black pepper. Mix.

Step 3

Pour dry white wine into a saucepan, place over high heat and bring to a boil. Then add water and wait until it boils again. Then, cover and continue cooking over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Add cream, milk and ready-made mushrooms to the prepared liquid. Stir. As soon as the soup boils, remove from the stove. Add finely chopped dill. Serve the present soup with breadcrumbs (croutons).
