- 240 ml. milk;
- 80 gr. Sahara;
- 1 vanilla pod;
- 2 yolks;
- 60 g cream (35%)
- 15 ml. rum;
- Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, vanilla pod and its seeds. Put on medium heat and wait until the sugar dissolves.
Shake two yolks in a large bowl. While stirring, pour the warmed milk into a bowl.
Step 2
Put the milk and egg mixture on the fire and heat for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture must not be allowed to boil.
Step 3
Take out the vanilla pod. Add rum and cream to the mixture, mix well.
Let the cocktail cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, you can overnight.
Serve cold, sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
