- - sour cream - 100 ml
- - greens - 1 bunch
Instructions
Step 1
Separate whole leaves from a large fork of cabbage, having previously boiled it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion, fry a little in a skillet in oil.
Step 3
Boil the mushrooms for 30 minutes. Chop and add to the fried onions. While stirring, fry for about 10 minutes. Add washed and chopped parsley.
Step 4
Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool in running water and chop into small cubes. Mix with the contents of the pan.
Step 5
Arrange the cabbage leaves on the table, with the convex side facing the table. Arrange the filling in them and roll into stuffed cabbage rolls in the usual way
Step 6
Place on the bottom of a saucepan with thick walls and pour over sour cream, adding a little water. Salt well. Simmer for about 30-40 minutes. At the very end, add a piece of butter and all the necessary seasonings, including pepper.
