Instructions
Step 1
Soak the washed rice in water for half an hour. At this time, put the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes, then put them in butter-greased muffins (the edges of the leaf should hang down).
Step 2
Saute the onion in a frying pan for 3 minutes. Then put the grated carrots with finely chopped mushrooms on the onion and fry for 5 minutes more. Turn off the heat and add the garlic.
Step 3
Combine the contents of the pan with minced chicken and rice. Salt, pepper and stir.
Step 4
Cooking stuffed cabbage sauce. Peel the tomatoes. We rub them on a grater, then pass through a sieve. After that, add sour cream to the tomatoes.
