Tavuklu pilav is rice with chicken. Pilav is one of the main side dishes in Turkish cuisine. Rice in Turkey is crumbly. Rice is best cooked in a non-stick saucepan. It turns out a hearty and tasty dish.

- - water
- - red hot pepper
- - 75 g butter
- - salt
- - black pepper
- - curry to taste
- - 1 tbsp. l. raisins
- - 1 tbsp. l. almonds

Instructions
Step 1
Take the chicken, wash it and put it in a saucepan, fill it with water. Add cloves and paprika and cook until tender for 40-45 minutes.
Step 2
Remove chicken from broth, cool, cut into medium pieces. Strain the broth.
Step 3
Heat half of the butter in a skillet, fry the rice in it.
Step 4
Pour 2 cups of chicken broth into a frying pan, season with salt and pepper to taste, add curry to taste and raisins, cover with a lid. And simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Lightly fry pieces of chicken in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Add the chicken and almonds to the rice and mix well.
