Ordinary fried chicken can be made your signature dish by preparing delicious Teriyaki sauce for it.
It is necessary
- - chicken wings or thighs, you can also use chicken breast 900 gr.
- - sunflower oil 50 gr.
- - garlic 7 cloves
- - honey 3 tablespoons or sugar 4 tablespoons
- - soy sauce 70 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
We take chicken breasts, legs or wings, if they are large, cut into several smaller pieces and fry for 40 minutes over medium heat using sunflower oil.
Step 2
While the chicken is fried, prepare the sauce. Pour soy sauce into a small skillet or saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sugar or honey to the soy sauce and, stirring constantly, cook for another 2 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. The sauce should remain liquid.
Step 3
Grind the garlic and add it to our sauce. Depending on your taste, you can decrease or increase the amount of garlic in the sauce.
Step 4
When the chicken is almost done, turn the heat up and fry the chicken on all sides for another 2 minutes, then add the sauce.
Step 5
Saute the chicken in the sauce for another 10 minutes, stirring the chicken pieces constantly to lightly brown the garlic.
Step 6
Serve chicken in Teriyaki sauce in a deep bowl, pouring sauce from a frying pan on top.
