If you love oriental cuisine, then you will like tender chicken meat in teriyaki sauce with bell pepper. Delicious, easy and simple. You can serve it as an independent dish or combine it with rice or vegetable salad.
It is necessary
- -500 grams of chicken thighs,
- -50 grams of teriyaki sauce,
- -50 grams of green beans,
- -2 bell peppers (red and yellow),
- -1-2 cloves of garlic
- - half a large onion,
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil,
- - a little sesame seeds for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat well, dry it with paper towels and cut into strips. Transfer to a bowl and fill with teriyaki sauce, leave aside for 20 minutes, let it marinate.
Step 2
Put the beans in another bowl, pour boiling water for half a minute, drain the water.
Step 3
Peel half of the large onion, cut into half rings. Pass a clove of garlic through a garlic press or three on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Wash bell peppers, peel them of seeds, cut into thin strips.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, fry half rings of onion and garlic for no more than two minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
We take out the meat from the marinade, shake it off and transfer it to the pan with the onions and garlic, continue to fry for another five minutes. Then add the beans and the remaining marinade. Simmer the meat for 15 minutes. We try for salt, if there is not enough of it, then you can salt and pepper. We lay out the finished chicken in portioned plates and sprinkle with a small amount of sesame seeds. Decorate with fresh herbs if desired (I decorated with parsley).
