A very healthy and dietary dish is chicken fillet with bell pepper. It is also very tasty and satisfying. If you want to eat right, then this dish is just what you need. Fillet can be baked with mayonnaise, bell pepper or sour cream. For an interesting look, you can take peppers of different colors.

- - onion - 1 piece;
- - chicken fillet - 600 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet in running water. Then dry it thoroughly, you can use paper napkins or towels. Beat the meat with a special hammer, you can cover the meat with plastic and use a rolling pin. Pepper and salt the beaten fillets on all sides.

Place the meat in a medium bowl and let sit and soak. In the meantime, peel the onion, cut off the back, chop finely into pieces and fry in a pan until golden.

Cut the bell pepper, get rid of seeds, partitions, then rinse in water and cut into half rings. Grate the cheese into a separate plate using a coarse grater.
Step 4
Place the fillets on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Grate the fillet with mixed sour cream and mayonnaise. Place chopped peppers and onions on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 160oC, place a baking sheet with chicken fillet inside and bake for half an hour. Sprinkle cheese on the dish five minutes before cooking. Thus, the cheese will have time to melt a little and the dish will acquire a good appearance and taste from this.
Step 6
Ready chicken fillet with bell pepper can be served with, for example, boiled potatoes and light vegetable salad.
