  • - 500 g chicken fillet;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 200 g of bell pepper;
  • - 100 g buns;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 200 ml of milk;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - greens to taste;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the chicken fillet in advance. Rinse under running water and pat dry. Pass the meat through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor.

Step 2

Fill the bun with water and leave it to the side until it gets wet. Grate the cheese. Peel and chop the onions with a knife. Rinse the pepper and remove the tail and all the insides. Cut it into small cubes. Rinse the greens, dry and chop finely.

Step 3

Add the bun to the meat. When removing the bun from the milk, drain the excess liquid. Add chopped onions, peppers, herbs and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then stir. Make cutlets from the resulting mixture.

Step 4

Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl and coat each cutlet in breadcrumbs. Add oil to a frying pan and heat over a fire. Fry the cutlets in odorless oil on both sides. Fry each side for no more than 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve cutlets better with sauce and herbs.
