Step 1
Cook rice for sushi. It is better to add a special sauce to the water so that the rice is of the desired consistency. Allow the mixture to cool before further cooking.

Beat the yolks with a little salt, then cook the so-called "omelet", fried in vegetable oil on both sides. Cool the workpiece and cut into small squares.
