This treat will come in handy for housewives who periodically have to whip up meals. Salmon with avocado is used as a filling, but you can experiment by adding other ingredients instead of avocado, such as cucumbers or finely chopped herbs.

- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - lightly salted salmon - 150-200 g;
- - thin pita bread - 1 large sheet or 2 medium size;
- - curd cheese - 200 g;
- - avocado;
- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We spread a sheet of pita bread on the work surface. If the pita bread is large, cut it into 8 strips, if 2 medium-sized pita bread, then cut each into 4 strips.
Step 2
We grease each strip with curd cheese - this must be done carefully so that the pita bread does not break. We cover with cling film and proceed to other ingredients.
Step 3
Cut the avocado into halves, remove the pit, remove the pulp with a spoon.
Step 4
Mash the avocado pulp in a cup with a fork, salt, pepper, add lemon juice and mix immediately so that the pulp does not darken.
Step 5
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes about 1-1.5 centimeters thick.
Step 6
We spread a little avocado and salmon cream on each strip of pita bread, roll up dense rolls. We wrap the rolls in foil or cling film, put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. A quick snack is ready!
