Salmon and avocado appetizer is a very light, tasty and incredibly healthy dish. This appetizer was prepared in antiquity to increase potency in men, therefore it was often called a "male" dish.
It is necessary
- - fresh tarragon (four branches);
- - ripe avocado (two pieces);
- - fatty sour cream (four tablespoons);
- - juice from one lemon;
- - lightly salted salmon (260 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into long and thin plates, then gently arrange on a platter. Cut both avocados in half, remove the peel and pits, and chop the flesh coarsely enough.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and soak the avocado pieces in it. Place the avocado pulp in lemon juice on salmon plates, cover the dish with a thin film and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 3
Rinse the sprigs of tarragon, dry, chop finely and mix with sour cream. Add a little lemon juice to the mixture of tarragon and sour cream. Put slices of avocado and salmon plates in pre-prepared wide glasses, add the sour cream mixture.
