An unusual and beautiful appetizer on your table will be a salmon and zucchini appetizer. Beautiful "Flowers" look very appetizing, and their taste is very unusual and piquant.
It is necessary
- - salmon 400 g;
- - zucchini 2 pcs.;
- - Parmesan cheese 200 g;
- - sesame seeds 1 teaspoon;
- - lemon 0.5 pcs.;
- - ground black pepper;

- For the sauce:
- - oyster mushrooms 100 g;
- - dry white wine 100 ml;
- - cream 200 ml;
- - bell pepper 1 pc.;
- - leek;
- - turmeric;
- - salt;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin plates, no more than 0.5 cm. Wash the salmon fillet, dry it, cut it in the same way as the zucchini. Pour the lemon juice over the fish.
Step 2
Spread half of the grated cheese and sesame seeds evenly on the zucchini plastics. Top with plates of fish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Cover the resulting pyramids with zucchini plates. Wrap everything in a roll and stab with skewers. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment, bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Finely chop the mushrooms. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms, then pour in the wine and cream. Cut bell peppers and leeks into strips, add to the pan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add turmeric and salt to taste. Then grind the sauce with a blender.
Step 5
Spread lettuce leaves on a plate, top with baked "Flowers", decorate with dill sprigs. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl.
