It turns out a very tasty and delicate appetizer that is ideal for any festive event. The appetizer has a spicy pungent taste, thanks to the garlic that is part of this dish.

- - 400 g cream cheese;
- - 3 chicken eggs;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - green onions;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs. While the eggs are boiling, cut the salmon into small, even slices. Take a shallow muffin pan and place a plastic wrap on the bottom. Thanks to the film, it will be more convenient to get the ready-made snack out of the mold.
Step 2
Place some fish on the bottom of each mold. Make sure that the edges of the fish do not protrude outward.
Step 3
Start preparing the filling. Peel and chop the boiled eggs. You can cut the egg into two equal parts and mash with a fork. Peel and chop the garlic using a garlic press. Chop the green onions. Take a deep bowl and place the chopped ingredients in it. Add cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Then put the prepared filling into the molds. Cover the dish with the protruding ends of the fish so that you get an envelope.
Step 5
When the dish is ready, press it down a little so that the filling is tamped down. Place a plank on top and place a small jar of water. Place the dish in a cool place for one hour.
Step 6
Take out the dish, remove the jar and remove the snack by pulling gently on the edges of the film. The cheese and salmon appetizer is ready.
