- - four eggs;
- - sugar - 1, 5 cups;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - water - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - a piece of dark chocolate;
- - wheat flour - 1 glass;
- - cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - liqueur - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - baking powder - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites with a glass of granulated sugar.
Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate along with the butter, mix with water, cocoa powder and the rest of the sugar.
Step 3
Cool the resulting chocolate mixture, whisk with flour, baking powder, liqueur and egg yolks.
Step 4
Bake the chocolate muffin in a greased pan. One hour will be enough, the oven temperature is 180 degrees. Enjoy your tea!
