An elementary recipe for making cupcakes at home. The baked goods are tender and melt in your mouth - a real treat for those with a sweet tooth.
It is necessary
- - 110 g of chocolate;
- - 340 g flour;
- - 35 g baking powder;
- - 15 g of soda;
- - 220 g of butter;
- - 410 g of sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 120 ml of freshly brewed strong coffee;
- - 110 ml of coffee liqueur;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix baking soda, flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Slightly soften the butter, then beat well, then put the whole portion of sugar in it (leaving only 4 tablespoons), mix well.
Step 3
Carefully separate the yolks from the whites, add them one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate (preferably in a water bath). Pour it into a mixture of butter, sugar and eggs, mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Then pour the liquor into the same mixture, mix well. Brew strong coffee, let it cool and add to the container with the chocolate mass.
Step 6
After that, add flour in small portions, stirring thoroughly each time so that no lumps form. Using a blender, beat the whites together with the rest of the sugar until foam forms and gradually add them to the resulting dough.
Step 7
Lubricate the baking dish with butter, lightly dust it with flour and pour the resulting dough into it so that it takes up no more than 2/3 of the form.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 190 degrees.
Step 9
Melt a little chocolate, put butter in it, mix and pour over the finished cake with this mixture.
