Tiramisu is a dessert everyone should try! Tiramisu with mascarpone cheese and coffee liqueur is prepared in just 20 minutes.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - mascarpone cheese - 500 g;
- - Savoyardi cookies - 24 pieces;
- - three eggs;
- - fresh coffee - 150 ml;
- - dark chocolate - 50 g;
- - coffee liqueur - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - icing sugar - 1/2 cup.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until foamy.
Step 2
Whisk the yolks and sugar separately, add the mascarpone, mix well until smooth. Stir the cream into the egg whites in small portions.
Step 3
Cool the brewed coffee to room temperature. Add a couple of tablespoons of liqueur, pour into a deep container.
Step 4
Form the layers of the dessert. Dip each liver in a horizontal position with one side in coffee, put in a mold. The second layer is half of the cream. Then put the cookies and cream back on.
Step 5
Put the dessert in the refrigerator overnight. Garnish with cocoa and grated chocolate before serving. You can use whipped cream and strawberries as decoration.
