The layered strawberry dessert requires no complicated ingredients. It is prepared very quickly, and its delicate taste brings almost heavenly pleasure.
It is necessary
- - 500 gr. strawberries;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 80 gr. butter biscuits;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 330 gr. curd cheese;
- - 120 ml sour cream;
- - 70 gr. icing sugar;
- - 30 ml Amaretto;
- - 240 ml of heavy cream;
- - mint leaves for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the strawberries into plastics, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with one spoonful of sugar, mix gently and set aside.
Step 2
Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter and the remaining sugar.
Step 3
Beat the curd cheese with a mixer, add sour cream, powdered sugar and Amaretto liqueur. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
In another bowl, beat the cream until firm foam. Combine whipped cream with curd cream.
Step 5
In four medium-sized bowls, lay out the dessert in layers, starting with the cookies. The number of layers is arbitrary and depends on the size of the bowls. We use mint leaves as decoration.
