  • - 3 glasses of sugar;
  • - 10 tsp instant coffee;
  • - 3 glasses of water;
  • - 3 glasses of vodka;
  • - 3 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Coffee liqueur with glycerin
  • - 2 cups granulated sugar;
  • - 2 cups of black coffee;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of vanilla extract;
  • - 4 glasses of vodka;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of food glycerin.
  • Irish Coffee Cream Liqueur
  • - 1 1/2 cups whiskey
  • - 100 ml of concentrated milk;
  • - 500 ml 22% cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of chocolate syrup;
  • - 2 teaspoons of instant coffee;
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract:
  • - 1/2 almond extract.

Instructions

Step 1

Homemade Vanilla Coffee Liqueur Boil 3 cups of water in a small saucepan, add 3 cups of sugar to the boiling water and stir until dissolved, add coffee and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about an hour. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Dissolve the vanilla extract in 3 glasses of vodka. Pour the flavored vodka into the sweet, thick coffee syrup. Stir well. Transfer to a glass bottle with a sealed stopper and store in a cool, dark place.

If you add a little orange zest, cut in a spiral, to the sugar syrup for liqueur during preparation, you will get an orange-coffee liqueur. It is important to remember to remove the zest before mixing the drink.
