Chocolate milk liqueur recipe

This liqueur can be drunk neat by adding ice cubes, or you can add it to coffee.

We will need:

- 120 g of dark chocolate;

- 200 ml of condensed milk;

- 150 g of brandy;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cream (it is better to take fatty ones);

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of instant coffee;

- a pinch of sugar;

- milk chocolate liqueur to taste.

Break the dark chocolate into pieces, place in a saucepan, melt in a water bath. Boil coffee, for this pour 2 tbsp. with tablespoons of water, instant coffee, add to the chocolate. Send this mixture to a blender, pour in cream, cognac, condensed milk. You can add vanillin to taste at this stage.

Pour the finished chocolate and milk liqueur into bottles, put it in the refrigerator for a day. Then you can taste the drink.

Chocolate liqueur recipe

This is a classic recipe for making delicious homemade chocolate liqueur. It takes a long time to prepare, but the resulting drink is no worse than the purchased one.

We will need:

- 200 g of dark chocolate;

- 1 liter of quality vodka (can be replaced with alcohol);

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

- 4 drops of vanilla extract.

Grate the chocolate. Pour it with vodka, add vanilla extract, mix, put in the refrigerator for a week. Shake the liquor from time to time.

Pour the syrup of water and sugar into the liqueur (the proportions are the same), leave for another two weeks. Then strain the drink through cheesecloth, bottle, put in the cold for two weeks.
