Mushrooms are very nutritious, rich in protein, which, however, is very poorly absorbed during digestion. Therefore, it is more useful to chop smaller mushrooms when cooking. Porcini mushrooms, aspen mushrooms and boletus mushrooms do not require preliminary cooking, they can be fried raw. The butter added during the cooking process adds juiciness and delicate taste to the dish.
