Cooking delicious veal in a slow cooker is quite simple, and if you follow this recipe, the dish will also be incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of veal;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 tsp lemon juice;
- - 1 tsp dry or a bunch of fresh thyme;
- - 1 measuring glass of water (included with each multicooker);
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the veal into small cubes across the grain. Turn on the frying mode on the multicooker and fry the meat in oil for about 5 minutes. This will add juiciness to tve. If your multicooker does not have such a mode, use a frying pan.
Step 2
Add finely chopped carrots and onions to the fried meat.
Step 3
Next, pour water, lemon juice and spices into the multicooker bowl.
Step 4
Start the bake program on your multicooker and let the dish cook for 40 minutes. Remember to stir the meat during cooking.
Step 5
After finishing baking, switch to stewing and cook the meat for another hour.
