This cake can be baked even on a weekday after work. I assure you it won't take long and the taste of the cake will impress! Light, delicious and simply divine smell.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 400 g flour,
- - 250 g sugar
- - 200 ml of milk,
- - 150 g butter,
- - 3 eggs,
- - a bag of vanillin.
- For the cream:
- - 1, 5 glasses of milk,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 0.5 cups of sugar
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour,
- - 50 g butter.
- For decoration:
- - any berries,
- - bananas.
Instructions
Step 1
Eggs, milk, sugar, vanillin, flour - I mix everything in a large saucepan, kneading well so that the butter is distributed throughout the dough. I roll out the cakes with a rolling pin, put them in a mold and bake for 20-25 minutes. at a temperature of 220 °. Usually I distribute the dough over 3-4 cakes to make the cake taller.
Step 2
Immediately prepare the custard. In a separate saucepan, I bring milk and sugar to a boil. In another bowl, I mix eggs with flour and gently pour boiled milk into this mass in a thin stream, stirring without stopping with a spoon. I put everything on the fire and, stirring, bring it to thicken. I remove the cream from the heat and put butter in it, put it in a cold place so that it cools quickly.
Step 3
I grease the cakes with custard, coat the sides. I put slices of bananas and berries on top - the more there are, the more appetizing the cake will be. For example, I prefer blueberries, cherries, currants. In winter, I buy seedless grapes, and then the cake gets a truly royal taste.
