Carbonara pasta is a national Italian dish. In the last half century, it has become so popular that it is loved in many countries far beyond Italy. The basis of this dish is spaghetti, eggs and deli meats. A great option for both a festive lunch and a quiet family dinner.
It is necessary
- - Spaghetti - 400 g;
- - Brisket - 300 g;
- - Egg yolks - 4 pcs.;
- - Parmesan cheese - 200 g;
- - Cream with fat content from 20% - 200 ml;
- - Garlic - 4 cloves;
- - Vegetable oil;
- - Black pepper;
- - Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the brisket into small rectangular pieces of the same size. Chop the garlic finely or crush through a press.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Place the brisket in it and lightly fry. Add garlic. Stir the contents of the pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes. The aroma will be amazing!
Step 3
Now you need to prepare the sauce. Grate Parmesan cheese with fine holes. In a separate deep bowl, combine the egg yolks and cream. Add grated cheese, black pepper and salt to taste. Stir the sauce thoroughly.
Step 4
Dip the spaghetti into a saucepan with boiling salted water and cook until they become "al dente" so that they become elastic, but do not have time to boil. In this case, 400 g of spaghetti will need 4 liters of water and 40 g of salt. Drain the prepared spaghetti. They must stay hot! Therefore, we do not rinse them in cold water!
Step 5
Combine spaghetti with creamy sauce and stir well. Add the fried bacon and garlic and stir again thoroughly.
The carbonara paste can be served at the table! Bon Appetit!
